The successful Speech-Language Pathologist will have:

  • Current active registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario Current
  • Have knowledge of legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practice.
  • Have knowledge of principles of reflective practice.
  • Use a systematic approach to decision making during the development, implementation, and evaluation of clients.
  • Be safety focused and accountable.
  • Ensure appropriate and secure documentation.
  • Be safety focused and accountable.
  • Be able to manage time and workload effectively.
  • Be able to work within a flexible schedule and adaptable environment.
  • Have the physical capabilities to perform the duties of the position.
  • Have a valid G2/G Driving License and access to a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Have Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check.
