We are looking for a Client Service Supervisor who can be autonomous in leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Language Pathologists while also supporting our clients. Our next Client Service Supervisor will thrive in a forward-thinking culture where being a self-starter and taking initiative will drive the success of their role leading the team.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Service Supervisor who specializes currently within their discipline in pediatric practice to step into a business leadership role where flexibility and being a team player will be key. Closing the Gap is one of Ontario’s largest healthcare companies and we welcome candidates who have experience leading and supervising a team. This is a full time, hybrid position based at our Toronto office.

Skills needed for success:

    • You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
    • Solid background in pediatric setting, and comfortable with dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.
    • Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Pediatric setting experience required
    • Previous professional leadership or quality management roles considered an asset
    • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Member in good standing with their regulatory college.
    • Previous work experience in unionized environment considered an asset
