We are looking for a full-time Client Service Therapy Supervisor  to join our Pediatric Therapy Division. This Therapy Supervisor will be autonomous in leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Language Pathologists while also supporting our clients. The Client Service Therapy Supervisor will travel to and manage our therapy teams across the GTA. This is a full-time hybrid role based at our Toronto and Mississauga office.

Skills needed for success:

 

  • Have current registration as a regulated healthcare provider (SLP, OT, or PT)
  • Member in good standing with their regulatory college.
  • Previous professional leadership or quality management roles considered an asset
  • You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Solid background in pediatric setting, and comfortable with dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.
  • Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous work experience in unionized environment considered an asset
