We are seeking a dynamic Client Service Manager to lead our Integrated Care Solutions (ICS) team. As a fundamental role within our organization, you will drive the operational success of our Integrated Care Solutions in the Toronto area, ensuring high-quality clinical service delivery and client satisfaction. This is a full-time permanent role, in an in-office environment based in the Toronto office.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee of the day-to-day service delivery in a holistic care approach
  • You don’t compromise on service delivery. Working closely with the leadership team to build long and short-term action plans to meet quality client services within the community while taking into consideration every contingency based on our contractual obligations and key performance indicators.
  • Your leadership style is being people oriented. You get the job done by focusing on the well-being of your team. You will develop and build a best-in-class and high performing team made up of healthcare and administrative professionals by empowering and challenging them to be their best self.
  • You encourage a collaborative and engaging environment with internal and external stakeholders to implement the key deliverables of Closing the Gap
  • You manage the annual budget of the division including planning and implementing business development opportunities to meet the goals of the division.

 

Skills needed for success:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a registered healthcare professional; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the community and home healthcare industry, with a proven track record of managing teams and budgets.
  • Expertise in data-driven research and analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to guide, support and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Compassionate and empathetic leadership style, with a genuine commitment to providing the highest level of care and support to the team, clients and patients.
