We are seeking a dynamic Client Service Manager to lead our Integrated Care Solutions (ICS) team. As a pivotal role within our organization, you will drive the operational success of our Integrated Care Solutions in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and northern regions, ensuring high-quality clinical service delivery and client satisfaction. If you are passionate about clinical service delivery, adept at business strategy, and enjoy mentoring, we would love to hear from you. 

 

This is a full-time permanent position based in North Bay.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Oversight of the day-to-day service delivery in GTA and northern communities
  • Your leadership style is being people-oriented. You get the job done by focusing on the well being of your team. You will develop and build a best-in class and high performing team made up of healthcare and administrative professionals by empowering and challenging them to be their best self.
  • You encourage a collaborative and engaging environment with internal and external stakeholders to implement the key deliverables of Closing the Gap
  • You don’t compromise on service delivery. Working closely with the leadership team to build long and short term action plans to meet quality client services within the community while taking into consideration every contingency based on our contractual obligations and key performance indicators.
  • Results Oriented. You manage the annual budget of the division including planning and implementing business development opportunities to meet the goals of the division.

 

Skills needed for success:

 

  • Graduate from a recognized accredited School of Nursing.
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN (Registered Nurse) 
  • Established leader in a healthcare environment, preferably in home and community care 
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Able to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong coach and mentor. You can inspire, motivate and mentor your staff
  • Critical thinking.
