We are seeking a dynamic Client Services Manager (RN) to lead our Integrated Care Solutions (ICS) team. This key leadership position ensures operational excellence, clinical service delivery, and patient-centered care in northern Ontario.
Reporting to the Director of Integrated Care Solutions, you will apply your proven leadership, strategic vision, and resource management skills to oversee service delivery, quality improvement, and business growth. This is a full-time permanent position based in North Bay, where you will be instrumental in the operational success of our Integrated Care Solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Provide administrative and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring a seamless and high-performing service delivery.
- Promote patient-focused, interdisciplinary care across home and community settings, collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement, engaging staff, clients, and families in the delivery of safe, high-quality care.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance service delivery and achieve key performance indicators.
- Manage day-to-day operations and resource utilization, ensuring services meet community needs and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement long-term strategic and operational plans.
- Accountable for budgeting and financial management of the ICS division, including planning business development initiatives to achieve growth targets.
Skills needed for success:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in home and community care.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address clinical and operational challenges.
- Experience in financial management and resource allocation within healthcare services is an asset.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and quality improvement projects that align with organizational goals.
