We are looking for a Client Service Supervisor who can be autonomous in leading a team of Personal Support Workers / Home Support Workers, and comfortable providing support to staff and clients. Our next Client Service Supervisor will thrive in a forward-thinking culture where being a self-starter and taking initiative will drive the success of their role leading the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Service Supervisor to take ownership of their team and really build some foundational relationships with the employees they are overseeing. This is a Part-Time position, based in the greater Timmins region, including Iroquois Falls, Matheson, and Cochrane, ON.
3 Days per week, Monday - Friday, schedule will depend on need of service
- You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
- You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision.
- You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
- You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
- You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.
Skills needed for success:
- You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, conduct performance reviews, supervise client visits, and formulate case management procedures
- Thorough understanding of all facets of PSW/HSW work and need to be familiar with all aspects of work that the staff would encounter.
- Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Supervisory or managerial experience required.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Regulated healthcare professional, ie Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
