We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Communicative Disorder Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have specialized experience in working with stroke patients and assisting with swallowing assessments for the adult population. This role involves supporting Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering high-quality care to patients.
We are currently hiring full time and part-time positions based at our Toronto office, with openings in Scarborough.

Skills needed for success:
- Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) graduate certificate is required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of direct CDA experience specifically in assisting with swallowing assessment and speech disorders
- Member of the Communicative Disorders Assistant Association (CDAAC) considered an asset
- You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work within a multidisciplinary team
- Must have a current valid G2/G driving license and access to a reliable insured vehicle.
- Ability to speak French would be considered an asset.
