We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Operational Performance Lead to join our team and contribute to driving operational excellence within our healthcare organization. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering data-driven insights to ensure that performance metrics align with our efficiency and quality standards

 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for creative, innovative and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and driving operational improvements and efficiency within healthcare settings.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Lead efforts to analyze and improve operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery
  • Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track operational success. Regularly review metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights to leadership and teams to support informed decision-making. Use analytics to identify trends, highlight performance gaps, and recommend strategies for improving efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis and operational audits.
  • Lead initiatives to resolve performance challenges and implement solutions that enhance organizational performance.
  • Support management by providing data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.

 

Skills needed for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health information systems, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, performance management, or operational excellence within a healthcare environment
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI). Experience with data analysis tools and healthcare management software.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
