We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute ideas for improving workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in updating HR databases.
- Help coordinate training sessions and HR-related events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
