The Successful Continuing Care Assistant will have:

A Continuing Care Assistant Certification (or currently in school to receive certification) or Equivalent Certificate (e.g. PSW Certificate, Foreign Nursing Degree, or Enrolled in a Practical or Baccalaureate Nursing Program from a recognized institution.
