We are looking for a part-time or full-time Pediatric Allied Health Supervisor to join our Pediatric Therapy Division. This could be a blended clinical and supervisor role if desired. The Pediatric Allied Health SupervisorSupervisor will be autonomous in leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and assistants. The role would support client’s needs while also support clinician’s growth while during joint visits in the community. Our next Client Service Supervisor will thrive in a forward-thinking culture where being a self-starter and taking initiative will drive the success of their role leading the team.

The Pediatric Allied Health Supervisor will travel to and manage our therapy teams across the GTA and Simcoe County. This is a hybrid role based at our Toronto or Mississauga head office.

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
  • You thrive on being a self-starter and taking initiative.

  • You are a solution focused and able to provide the best customer service
  • You are driven and committed in building and sustaining strong relationships

 

Skills needed for success:

 

  • An Allied Health Professional with active membership in their respective regulatory college that is in good standing. (SLP, OT, or PT)
  • Previous professional leadership or quality management roles considered an asset
  • You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Solid background in pediatric setting, and comfortable with dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.
  • Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous work experience in unionized environment considered an asset
