We are seeking Allied Health - Community of Practice Lead to kick start the learning and development of CTG’s allied health professionals, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologist, Registered Dietician, Social Workers and other rehabilitation specialists.
 
You will collaborate with branch leaders and unite Allied Health Professional across sites to build a vibrant network of shared expertise. You’ll champion innovation, guide clinical excellence, and support continuous learning across the organization.
 
This is a full-time permanent position offering a hybrid work arrangement with some flexible scheduling. The role requires some travel to support cross-site engagement and external partnerships.
 
What you'll be doing:
	- Community Leadership: Build and sustain a dynamic rehabilitation-focused Community of Practice through regular meetings, case discussions, and collaborative learning. 
 
	- Mentorship & Preceptorship: Mentor clinicians at all levels, oversee competency development, support student integration, and promote peer coaching across the provider network. 
 
	- Clinical Standards & Quality: Develop and implement processes and best practices that providers can follow and execute consistently. And ensure therapists and assistants meet practice standards through chart reviews, assessments, and adherence to professional guidelines. 
 
	- Systems Building: Design and implement quality systems, frameworks, and standards that support clinical excellence. Collaborate with internal and external knowledge experts to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization. 
 
	- Research & Knowledge Sharing: Lead initiatives to document and share best practices, promote evidence-based care, and address skill gaps through training and collaborative projects. 
 
	- External Engagement: Collaborate with partner universities, colleges, and vendors to support placements, equipment training, and community-wide clinical development.
	  
Skills needed for success:
	- A licensed Therapy Professional in good standing with relevant regulatory body. 
 
	- Demonstrated experience in mentorship, preceptorship, knowledge translation and clinical education, including support for new graduates and ADP authorizers. 
 
	- Proven clinical expertise grounded in evidence-based practice and rehabilitation principles. 
 
	- Background or strong interest in research, quality improvement, and knowledge translation initiatives. 
 
	- Skilled in engaging multidisciplinary teams across various levels of experience 
 
	- Experience in event planning, public speaking, and delivering impactful presentations. 
 
	- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and leadership abilities, with a talent for fostering collaboration and continuous learning. 
 
	- Business education or experience (e.g., Master’s in Business Administration) is a strong asset. 
 
	- Project management experience is preferred to support coordination of initiatives and stakeholder engagement
