We are looking for a Regional Client Service Manager to lead a team of Allied Health Professionals. Our next leader will be people-centric and business-savvy.

 

The mandate of the next Regional Client Service Manager is to raise the bar on our community services to meet the demands of an ever-growing market. If your passion is rooted in clinical service and has grown to coaching and mentoring the next healthcare leaders of our community then this role will be right up your alley.

 

This is a permanent full-time role, in a hybrid environment based in our Simcoe County office and Grey Bruce office.

 

What you will be doing:

  • You are responsible for overseeing service delivery, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation and exceptional client service and patient care
  • You get the job done by focusing on the well-being of your team. You will develop and build a best-in-class and high-performing team made up of healthcare professionals by empowering and challenging them to be their best selves.
  • You will support and encourage a collaborative and engaging environment with internal and external stakeholders to implement the key deliverables of Closing the Gap.
  • You will be working closely with the leadership team to build long and short- term action plans to meet quality client services goals within the community while taking into consideration every contingency based on our contractual obligations and key performance indicators.
  • You are expected to manage the annual budget of the division including planning and implementing business development opportunities to meet the growth goals of the division. 

 

Skills needed for success:

  • An Allied Health Professional with active membership in their respective regulatory college that is in good standing
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in progressive leadership positions in healthcare, or home and community environments
  • You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Solid background in a healthcare setting and comfortable in dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.
  • Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Supervising a team of regulated healthcare and administrative professional
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong data analysis skills with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
  • Experience working in unionized environment
